在智喜學校學生必須自己做飯，主要由大的女孩負責。

負責做飯的孩子上課上到一半時必須先到廚房準備全校的食物，非常辛苦。

由於學校是使用曬乾的牛糞當燃料，燃燒不容易，更增加做飯的困難。
